Heavy D recently dropped the video to his first single, “Long Distance Girlfriend” from his first reggae album “Vibes”. I stated before that I think that Heavy has some nice singles on his new album, but there are some out there that think Heavy should return to obscurity or at least his hip hop roots. Check out the video and let me know what you think.
Tami Chynn recently released the video to “Frozen”, this video is very pop, too much so for my taste. From the bubblegum pink set design to the halter tops and spandex bottoms, it’s almost as if Tami is “frozen in time’, it also sounds almost exactly like Fergie’s “Glamorous”. Again, you be the judge (click the pic to view the video).
O.K., I gotta say I’m really feeling this video, Jay Will handled his business.”Bad Man Don’t Cry” has what so many videos are lacking these days: a story line and entertainment value. The video is funny and reminiscient of Ron Isley’s and R. Kelly’s “Contagious” and “Friend of Mine”, with a Temptation feel to it. If you’re a fan of cameos then you’ll love the special appearances by Usain Bolt, Big Belly Sky Juice, Amelia “Milk” Sewell, Josey Wales, Renato Adam, Alozade, Jigzagula, Foota, Cezar, Asafa Powell, D’Angel, Movado,Christopher Martin, and Barbee.
Did I mention that I wouldn’t mind spending some time in that mansion! One day soon…one day.
