Mavado Rips The Runway with “So Special”

I guess BET had a total change of heart when it comes to Mavado’s “So Special.” After initially refusing to debut the video for his latest single, BET aired the video on this past Tuesday as their “New Joint of the Week” and enlisted him to perform on their annual fashion show, “Rip The Runway.”  Mavado’s new album, “Mr. Brooks-A Better Tomorrow” also dropped on Tuesday, so it looks like things are looking up for Mr. Brooks in the ‘09, when it comes to the States.
