I am a very visual person and love photography which is why I always try to include some form of multi-media in my posts. With that being said, Kim Gottlieb-Walker is a photographer based in LA who takes some awesome photos and has photographed everyone in reggae from Bob Marley to Lee Perry (and has worked as a still photographer on the movies Halloween I and II, and episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation and Cheers to name a few). You may not know her by name but I’m sure you’ve seen her work on the album covers of various reggae artists. I’ve included some of her pics of Bunny Wailer, Peter Tosh, Bob Marley, and some of the album photography she has done below.
