I’m Back!

Email Tremaya | All posts by Tremaya

Hey everybody and Happy New Year’s!!! I got back from Jamrock last night after 16 wonderful days with my family, friends, and of course food! In case you hadn’t noticed I wasn’t able to access the internet while I was gone so, I have a lot to talk about including Highway 2000, the Hard Rock in Ocho Rios, and a lot of pics and even personal video from Teen Splash. I got in last night at DFW Intl Airport and guess who was in the immigration line with us, Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo (they look cute together). I always thought celebrities got to skip through all the immigration/customs chaos we everyday people have to go through and go to a “special” line for private planes or something. Oh well, if they still have to wait like us then I might as well keep those millions I was saving for my private jet! LOL!

I’m happy to be home but I’m homesick at the same time, I hate leaving Jamaica and yes I do shed tears everytime I have to say goodbye to everyone. I’m a soul divided, it’s a hard situation being away from half the people you love, but tis life.

I didn’t finish either John Crow’s Devil or The Girl With The Golden Shoes (surprise, surprise), I was too busy picking ackee and gossiping with my mother-in-law but I will finish them in the next week or so. I’m so behind on most news so I’ll be spending today catching up but I did read today that there is music missing from the Jamaica Historical Archives, I’ll fill you in later….

Yeah, I had a great time. I’m still full from all the ackee, sorrel, soup, and jerk chicken I ate!
