Happy Birthday to the Ziggy’s!

It’s hard for me to believe that my daughter is 3 years old today! I started my blog just a little over a year ago and at that time I explained how my sister nicknamed my baby “Ziggy” when I was just a couple of months pregnant. At the time I didn’t know whether the baby was a girl or a boy, but I just knew that it would be a handful, and boy was I right! “Ziggy” Reynolds entered the world on October 17, 2005 and my life has never been the same. To say that she’s the best thing to ever happen to me is an under statement of monumental proportions. No matter what life throws at me, she’s the constant that keeps me going. I love you Ziggy. Happy Birthday from Mommy!

Ironically, today is also the birthday of reggae superstar, Ziggy Marley. (I know…you probably don’t believe that my daughter’s nick name was a coincidence, but I promise it was.) Today Ziggy Marley turns 40 years old.
