From Harvey River by Lorna Goodison
I ordered this novel a couple of weeks ago and I finally got it yesterday. It’s called From Harvey River by Lorna Goodison, it’s a memoir about Lorna’s mother and Jamaica. I absolutely love to read and I really love books and memoirs about Jamaica, so of course this was an automatic read for me. I just started reading it last night and I already don’t want to put it down. The story is set in Jamaica, and explores the life of Doris Harvey while living in Harvey River, Hanover and Kingston.
