Condolences to the families of Alex from TOK, Joe Gibbs, & comedian Real Idiot

Alex of the group TOK (featured on the left in the picture above), lost his father this week. After suffering a stroke and a subsequent heart attack Derrick McCalla died on Saturday. This is the third recent loss for Alex, his brother Gavin was murdered and his death was the motivation for TOK’s most successful single to date, Footprints. He also recently lost his grandmother.
Joe Gibbs died on last Thursday of a heart attack in Jamaica. Gibbs was a well respected producer who was influential during the late 60’s and 70’s roots era. Gibbs was 65 years old.
It’s being reported that comedian Real Idiot was killed by police in Jamaica, details so far have been sketchy but reports are that drugs and a firearm were involved.
